I've been practicing pilates under Jessi for about 3 years. I've fallen in love with the way she designs her pilates flows. Her workouts have completely transformed my body. I am stronger throughout my entire body, I'm toned and I move better and healthier in every day situations. She has inherent knowledge on what makes a pilates flow extremely effective, but keeps it enjoyable and challenging simultaneously. It's addicting as you see your body start to change and you begin to feel better and stronger. In 3 years, I have completely eliminated my back pain, reduced my headaches and overall improved the condition and appearance of my body. Jessi is the most incredible pilates instructor. After almost 3 years of taking her classes, I’m able to accomplish moves I never thought I could. She never rushes into a move, she approaches each new move as a work in progress, until one day you’re doing it without even thinking about it. She hits your muscles in subtle, yet impactful ways. There is always something new to learn, and she does a great job at integrating that in to your existing practice. She is also great with modifications, if you have an injury or an off day. I’m so happy to have her as an instructor.
I highly recommend Jessi as a trainer, she brings an immense amount of experience to athletes at all levels. As a lifelong fitness guy with office body issues, I did Mat Pilates at home for a couple of years, felt a lot better and was hooked, but I stopped progressing. After working with Jessi for a year, I'm pain free, my hamstrings released, and my core is stronger than ever at age 60+. She is always introducing new exercises, constantly challenging my balance, strength and mobility. As I've progressed, her cues and corrections ensure I get the most out of every exercise.
