Jessi earned her initial Pilates certification in 2006. She has spent almost 20 years spreading her enthusiasm for health and fitness through Pilates. Jessi has trained people in all walks of life- athletes, seniors, expectant mothers, and competitive dancers just to name a few. Her experience has shown her that people feel better when they do Pilates! Her classes will leave you feeling stronger, taller, and more flexible.
Jessi is excited to now have an online platform to reach so many more people than she can work with on a weekly basis at the studio.

Our main Mat classes do not require any equipment. Our platform also offers Pilates Suspension classes that require a TRX. Please see our equipment tab for recommendations. Pilates by Jessi also offers reformer classes for those that have a reformer at home. All classes will be accessible with your membership.
